Great option for felines with food allergies.
My five felines love the flavor, it's easy on their teeth, and has a pleasant smell. My cats absolute favorite! The price is great especially on subscribe and save. After four years on this product I've noticed all of my cats fur is shinier, softer, their dandruff is nearly all gone and my Veterinarian is impressed. I recommend the raw coated chicken flavor.

Affordable and beneficial
I have reached a bunch of raw options for my cats and this one is pretty much perfect. Yea it’s kibble, but because of that it’s more affordable AND your kitty still gets the benefits of the raw coating. I also like that the kibble size is small. I have three cats and they all approve!

Kibble pieces very small but great food
This is great food and the ingredients are excellent but the kibble pieces are too small. Would be great size for a kitten. This is a wonderful brand of cat food though ...I use their canned food also

My Cat Loves This
My kitty has eaten Stella and Chewy's raw dinner morsels and this (tiny) kibble as part of her diet for nearly 15 years. She loves it and is very healthy. Investing in high quality food prevents vet visits and is worth every penny.

both cats go feral for this food
I genuinely cannot keep my second cat out of the room because he makes it his mission to steal all of his sister's food before she gets to it. he rejects his normal food. sometimes it results in a stare-off between the cats because both really, REALLY want this stuff. I also have the pickiest cats known to man, if that helps, and both reject practically everything else we give them. worth the purchase, very good quality food, but be ready for the chaos level in your home to increase around 200% if you have more than one cat.

This is good food, and my cats like it
I have raised my last four cats into their mid-to-late 20s, one nearly reaching 29 years of age, and I attribute my food choices to their longevity. Currently, I have two cats, Ella (11) and Bubba (2).I free-feed Blue Buffalo kibble as a primary component of their diet and offer them wet food each morning and evening. Water is essential to their health, and cats prefer getting their fluid requirements through their food.Whether in wet or dry food, I look for meat, fowl, or fish as the number one ingredient and for the absence of corn, soy, wheat, gluten, or unnamed byproducts in the ingredient list.Although my cats are okay with a rotation of various Blue Buffalo kibble products, I like to give them some variety from time to time, so I bought a bag of Stella & Chewy's Freeze-Dried Raw Coated Kibble.Stella & Chewy's ingredient list meets my requirements. Considering that approximately 80% of cat food's ingredients are found in the first four ingredients, let's look at the first eight: chicken, chicken meal, lentils, peas, chicken fat, chicken liver, natural chicken flavor, and chicken gizzard. There is nothing scary in the rest of the list. I'm not sure what "natural chicken flavor" means in an ingredient list because I would assume that if you put enough chicken in it, it will have the natural flavor of chicken and wouldn't have to be added as an extra ingredient. But I am not overly concerned about that.Besides the above, Stella & Chewy's recipe is grain-free, and while I am no expert, I can accept that freeze-dried raw ingredients have an advantage over cooked ingredients. However, the label says it is "coated with RAW," so I can't say I know what that means either. It doesn't worry me, though.Since there is little point in buying excellent cat food if your cats refuse to eat it, I was happy to find that this was not the case. Since I free-feed kibble, my cats don't generally get excited by kibble, but both of them took the time to sample the Stella & Chewy's stuff, and, if my understanding of feline body language is accurate, they like it.In my opinion, this is good food. If you chose to feed this as your cat's primary kibble, I can't see this as a bad choice. I will stick with Blue Buffalo because I've had good results with it, but I will buy this occasionally. However, I don't suggest kibble as the sole choice for any cat. Particularly when they get older, cats don't tend to drink enough water to meet the needs of their kidneys, so they need wet food.

Simple ingredients and perfect for my kitty who's allergic to chicken
Perfect for my allergic kitty. He's allergic to chicken and just about everything made for cats had chicken as a byproduct. This is chicken free and makes me and him very happy
