My only regret was not buying this eons ago.
I have a Weider weight machine, the replacements are very expensive. I got on here and saw dozens and dozens. I procrastinated for a long time. For me its not even about the money. I am a buy one time type a person. I hate returns and I surely hate having stuff at the house I will not use. Boy I was so wrong. These are real good quality, big and thick, very comfortable. My biggest issue (I thought) was having them feet loose. Another reviewer said they fit fine a a 19mm rod, I measure this about a dozen times. They fit perfect. And since they are so beefy, they do not slide off and the size is perfect width wise as well. Man, I am really happy. They are very comfortable. I hope my review will help someone out. This is a real review of a user, I hate reading reviews where people say something is great, but than they say they never used it. I am also sure they will last a long time. I had these super flimsy skinny ones that lasted a long time and I ended uses duct tape. Its like I got a new weight machine. A lot of people enjoyed how thick they are, I included.

These are night and day better than the originals I had on the equipment.
These were a tad larger than I needed and I knew that on ordering as they state 20mm where I needed about 18mm to fit snug on a 19mm rod. However, that was easily solved with a little padding around the rod before slipping the foam rollers on. The original rollers have been on about 18 years and they were well past their prime. My shins HURT cos they were so soft and worn. These are 4" thick and very firm, way better than the originals. They are perfect. I've already tried them out and it was bliss. I'm so happy to have found these because the originals from the manufacturer were way over the top on price and NOT as thick as these. I have some other equipment that needs 1" rollers and I won't hesitate to replace those with the Ader ones that are 1" now I've tried these.

Nice quality
I have an older weight bench and over time my leg lift pads wore out or my dog chewed on them lol. Ordered these they fit great and nice thick cushion for my knees and legs. They fit good too

These rollers are working well for us
These rollers are working well on our exercise machine, and are more comfortable than the worn-out rollers they replaced. Just make sure that the bars on which the rollers fit are really 20 mm in diameter (ours were 19.3 mm), and that there's clearance for 4 inches of diameter, and 6 inches of length.

Perfect replacement
I bought a used weight bench with leg extension and their cat had shredded the foam roller pads. These replacement rollers were great. Very nice quality and fit perfect. A little bit pricey but you do get 4 rollers and should last for many years.

Too short in length, too wide in size and hole is too big for Bowflex Blaze
I just bought a well used bowflex blaze and I need to replace the leg extension foam pads for my leg exercise. So, when I googled the bowflex blaze leg extension foam for sales, the first one came out was this Ader foam roller in Amazon. So when I checked it, it seems to be okay fit for the bowflex.however, there are many problems with foam rollers.First, it is about an inch too short, compared to original foam (as you can see from the photo) and also it is a lot fatter/bigger than the original. On top of that, the hole that fits into the metal bar was slightly too big, so that it wasn't tightly fitting & moves around quite a bit.I just installed them into my leg extension and I will be using it few times to see how it works out.so far, the rollers moves around quite a bit and there are big gap (because it is an inch too short for the bar) on the bar.Anyway, I will try it few times and see it works out good or not. I will have to update here about a week later on. thanks
