Pay attention to the model fit guide.
Good quality Leatherman part... But definitely not for the surge model. It's too thin, and rattles a bit in the holder. I would not buy it again for my knife, but it does work.

Not exactly for the Leatherman knife!
The main feature of the two blades which came with my Leatherman Surge is increased thickness compared to a regular jigsaw blade. They are 1,77 mm (.0695 in) thick to match the knife's adapter so they do not play in it, while a regular jigsaw blade is 1,5 mm (.00590 in). The item is much thinner: 1 mm (.0395 in) which makes it very bad even for use in a jigsaw, for the Leatherman knife it is just unacceptable! Better take a normal (bimetal) jigsaw metal blade - it will work better in your knife and you will get a dozen for the price of the subject.
