I’ve had this a year now and I still love it. If you have kids, are rowdy, or have pets, maybe it won’t last super long for you or be the quality you need? But I’m the only one who uses it and I try to take care of it (fluffing pillows, keeping it clean, not jumping on it or anything crazy lol). I use it in my room as a bed during the night and couch during the day. The assembly was a process but doable, i had a 3 woman team lol. Wait a few days and the pillows do fluff up, u can also help them to fluff up. I find it to be comfy. I like the color (i got white). It’s a comfy soft but not excessively like those really soft blankets. (I’m a texture girl). I’ve worn fuzzy socks/pants and it doesn’t rub off on the couch which i was worried about. Some ppl said it’s short but it’s almost the same height as our expensive couch in another room. Or maybe I am just short (i’m 5’2). I can sleep comfortably and chill on it, but if you are tall then maybe you’d want to invest in something bigger. I might include photos later but right now i’m too lazy lol sorry.

My experience with the pull-out couch has been nothing short of frustrating. The advertised dimensions were misleading, turning what should have been a seamless addition to my space into a logistical nightmare. I purchased this product almost solely on the size of the sleeping area. It turns out that it’s 7inches shorter than advertised. I’m not sure if they pay for reviews but the only other review mentioning the size discrepancy is buried in wave of reviews.The product's quality is also a letdown, with cheap materials that scream lack of durability. The wood slats are awful and the welds are inconsistent. This is my third pull-out/sleeper purchased around this price point and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. It's disappointing when a piece of furniture doesn't live up to expectations, especially when you rely on accurate product information for an online purchase.Adding to the dissatisfaction is the customer service, which proved to be unhelpful and unresponsive. I expected a smoother resolution process, but it seems the company falls short in addressing customer concerns. It took over 48 hours for them to just tell me to send the couch back.Attempting to return the couch has become a Herculean task due to its substantial size and impractical packing requirements. The boxes the couch came in were damaged during shipping and the seller seemed unbothered by this. Per policy it would be my job to dismantle the product (understandably), and to pay for shipping materials (frustrating). It’s a pain to spend 2 hours building something only to realize that the item is smaller than advertised and to have to spend more time to dismantle it and pack it up. Then to take the 200 pound item to a courier. The sheer inconvenience of managing the return process has left me questioning the overall integrity of this companyThree days in, the third party seller offered me a partial refund in order to buy a trundle frame and bedding to extend the sleeping area to meet the advertised size. Sadly, it means another thing to store and have to set up, taking the ease out of using this couch.In summary, this pull-out couch has been a regrettable purchase, from inaccurate dimensions to subpar quality and unhelpful customer service. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend exploring alternatives with more accurate information and better customer support.

it’s cute & super comfy!BUT, it did take me 4.5 hours to put together, though (advertised as 30 minutes tops to assemble).If you want to flip the chaise to be on the left side (instead of on the right as indicated in the photos and instructions booklet), you totally can. You do have to take off the pre-built-in brackets on the sides where the chaise connects to the couch and to the arm rest and switch them out to make it all connect. There are rounded-back brackets and flat-back brackets and they can’t connect with the same ones; the round has to connect to the flat. This took me about 2.5 hours to figure out.Difficulty of assembly is the only reason it’s getting less than 5 stars!other than that, it’s a pretty solid couch!I’m not sure how to clean it yet (I have pets), but a quick google search tells me an upholstery cleaner will do the trick on the deeper set in stains and dirt.It is does not have any room underneath for storage (I liked to keep the heavier dog bed for winter vs the cooling mat for summer underneath my old couch), BUT the chaise storage offered is pretty long and deep, so it balances out!Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this couch, just give yourself some time to assemble it :)

I have had this for about a month now and still love this! Super soft fabric and supportive cushions. Assembly was easy to follow and I completed myself (would suggest a second person if available). I have two rough and tumble boys who are already testing the durability. Has stood up to a month of wrestling and being jumped on. We have gotten a few spills on it even and they came up pretty well.I ordered Grey and what came first was beige. I reached out and got quick responses and customer service was beyond great. Corrected couch arrived only a few days later and everything was just as well packaged and in tacked as before. Both colors are so beautiful.I love that I can change the side of the Chaise to match my mood or to put it away and have a love seat if needed. I can create whatever feeling I need with this couch and it aways fits my space. Super versatile! I love it so much.

Bought this before Christmas and have used it quite a lot. The fabric is nice, even with a cat. But it's uncomfortable to sit in and easy for someone to put a knee through the (balsa wood?) slats when its out for a bed. Over Christmas with people staying over we had a couple slats break already. This is not an everyday couch. Its a spare bedroom couch - maybe. Im already looking for something new.
