It was super easy to mount to the doorframe using the supplied screws and it is %100 secure as I have used it for about a month now and it has not moved at all! The wood is nice and smooth, even in the pockets, making it SUPER nice not having to worry about splinters or anything. I do recommend using chalk because of how smooth it is for better grip, but I assume most people use chalk anyways when fingerboard training!
