Nice for the price
The metalwork and plastic stock on this pistol are very nice for the price. The trigger has significant uptake and then a rough release. I have not tried to make any adjustments yet. If the trigger can be improved, then this gun would be great for the money. As is, it is just really good.Sighting in the pistol was easy. It was on a standard ISSF 10 meter pistol target out of the box.Attached is a series of targets numbered P-five, one through six. Number 1 is the first target shot at 5 meters. Number 2 is the second target shot at ten meters with the sights set as the gun came out of the box. Numbers 3 through 6 are at 10 meters with adjustments and number 6 is where I decided I could not get better because of the rough trigger. For comparison, also attached are two targets shot at the same time, also 10 meters, with a Feinwerkbau 65. All were shot with the same quality pellet (details in picture). The P-Five is a really good gun for the money. Not a target gun, but really good for plinking cans, etc.the P-Five rear sight had to be adjusted off center to shoot straight at 10 meters.

Adjustable trigger - YES! But caution!
After reading some reviews I was hesitant to buy this, I love my multipump pistol, yet there are times its too much work for plinking. Decide to get this p-five, first impression, horrible heavy trigger. Look online about how to adjust trigger. You need to open the gun to access the screw. Did that carefully to make sure I can put it back. Now, you can easily adjust the trigger pull easily, too light and the trigger can fire by just bumping the side, or slapping it. Kinda dangerous if your pellet is loaded and it happens. So I adjust again halfway and keep slapping the side to make sure it does not fire. After all this trial and error, it is sweet to fire, again light trigger pull is dangerous if you are not careful. Manage to have good groupings around 20ft freehand. Will buy the .22 version if I can find one. For the price, all that trouble is worth it IMO.

Came with a bent barrel.

Cheap, front sight hurt when cocking action
Cheaply made. Front sight stabs hand when cocking the barrel.

Better than the snowopeak/ artemis.
I also have this in the Snowpeak/Artemis version in 22 caliber and that one fell apart ridiculously quickly. I had to ghetto rig it back together but the trigger pull is horrendous now due to the nature in which I had to fix it. This Diana version is way better, with a way better trigger, and actually stays together when you shoot it.

Diana in Name Only
Although the name Diana implies German quality, this pistol is actually a Chinese product. My sample was inaccurate due to excessive trigger pull and defective rifling. It was returned.

Cheap, simple, fun
M3 screw in the trigger to adjust it down, can go further by removing grip frame and adjusting sear retainer screw, and even further by taking that out and putting it in a drill and turning down the head with a file so it can tighten fully into the frame recess, caution note: if you do all 3 levels of trigger modifications you'll be able to adjust it past being able to cock/shooting immediately. It's a $60 pellet gun, I'm extremely happy, stock trigger is overly safe as is, but excellent tuned. This thing is sturdy, accurate, great fun shooting 4" targets for 10m in the basement with wad cutters. Rifling looks uniform. I bought another.
