Loved the fit,the on/off button,good quality,I bought it because it was rated the no.1 ear piece only for the volume to let it down,literally couldn’t hear anything if there was the least bit of exterior noise

Very nice piece of kit but being a smallish woman with very soft ear cartilages the earbud was too thick and heavy for me. The part that hooks over and behind the ear was very difficult to place and needed 2 hands and a lot of fiddling, and although it didn't fall off with head movement, it never felt completely secure.Also, the mute/answer call button on the axis of the microphone arm was hard to push without dislodging the placement of the whole thing. Given it to my husband, who finds it a secure fit but still fiddly to put on.

I cannot comment on the use of this earpiece because I ended up not using it.I purchased as a "cheap" replacement for a failing Plantronics. On unpacking, it felt rather stiff and it didn't simply slip over my ear (as the Plantronics does). I read the instructions and realised it just wasn't as "plug and play" as the Plantronics.So - sent back for full refund and another Plantronics Voyager ordered (at twice the cost of this device).

Very rare to encounter such a great product. The background noise on the call is just perfect. A balance between low background noise and very crispy clear voices both in and out.They even helped me with enquiries!!I would recommend the headset, I bought 3 already, this is my forth.
