Had to push it back in for it to spray. Is this normal or broken?** A: It's not normal I don't believe. Mind doesn't do that. The pads are thicker and better for dried-up dirt. They are also easier to rinse while you are mopping. It's easy to hold and use. The one small problem is that when I am mopping, the bottle pops out. You know immediately and just press it down. It might be a problem for cleaning a huge floor. It includes a pad scraper to help you clean the pad in the sink. It uses any standard pad, but the 4 included are better. You buy a mop like this when you have to quickly mop up a spill.
