I love this knife!!! I was originally going to use it for camping and fishing, but have decided to use it for cooking and it’s the best cooking knife I’ve ever owned! Extremely sharp, very balanced and seems to be very well made. Plus, it looks awesome!

The main thing I didn't like, after eading the reviews before buying, was that it wasn't at all sharp out of the box. I can sharpen it myself (and did), but either the people who claimed it cme sharp don't now waht sharp is, or I got a lesser purchase.Otherwise it's quite decent. I haven't used it a lot yet, just trying it out. I intend to use it for camping, where I'll use it to replace 203 other knives if itworks well.

This is a great knife. Blade is thick and heavy, all one piece from the tip to the pummel. And totally sharp as... The finger hole and the addition of the finger notch in the heel of the blade gives you a level of comfort and control that a knife with just a handle cannot compare to. This was a gift and I love it. Shipping was quick. It came with a leather sheath that is nice and substantial, but the knife is so sharp that I have notified the knife cutting through the leather. I foresee many years of using it. Great product.

1-Star Reviews are a joke. These are NOT stainless steel knives. These are made of high quality steel and need to be washed, dried and treaded right after use. Although it is recommended to use mineral oil I use cutting board oil which is food safe right after I wash and dry my knives. Super sharp and cut an olive into 4 slices or cut a chicken bone. Highly recommend and the price is great for what you get.

Reasonably sharp on arrival, but not anything like is advertised, very uneven grind on blade. Sheath is total crap, the cheapest of cheap bonded leather. The handle is unfinished, which really surprises me, that's so easy and inexpensive to do. I'll keep it because I can fix the obvious errors, but only time will tell the quality of the steel.
