this thing loses power when not in use.I charge it, but when I wanna use it it's completely out of juice! What's the point of having a power bank when you have to worry about its power as well?Buyer beware :Don't buy it!

Good so far yet charge dropped one while only charged the phone 2%, need to use more to check thatUpdate: after 5 days of receiving the item it shows that the battery drop from full charge to zero in 10 min, i think its a damaged item, yet in contact with the supplier

doesnt stick to the phone properly and keeps switching off while charging because it doesnt stay in place. if i have to keep it in one place then why would i take this battery bank?

Great design and quality build
It’s smaller than I expected which is a good thing. My previous power bank was big and bulky. I like the built in metal kick stand it feels very durable and I can use it as a charging stand for my desk.

The Smartest Battery Pack You’ll Ever Need!
Ever since MageSafe was introduced on the iPhone, a variety of third party battery pack accessories were made, trying to out do the other. Including Apple’s very own. None stood out unit ESR entered.Design: We know when it comes to a product, Apple knows a thing or two about this area including simplicity, sleekness, and functionality. ESR accomplished this with their battery pack better than Apple’s own version and all the rest. The ergonomics are second to none. It is like it knows how to be placed in your hands. The texture is smooth to the touch and doesn’t get hot when single charging it or dual charging with your phone attached. The power button is placed to the lower bottom side, excellent idea! since you can still charge your phone while using the kickstand, watching videos, movies or playing games! The 4 white led light indicators at the bottom, let you know how much charge is left for the battery pack. In addition, there is a 5th led light but this is for letting you know it is charging your phone, and the led light is blue!Functionality: Now, we know ESR is known for making some great kickstands. Their very own cases have them integrated, and they are also sold as a single portable adhesive kickstand. I’ve bought many of these kickstands in the past, and they all were great! What makes their current kickstand unique on this battery pack is this; When you want to continue using your phone along with the kickstand, simply hold and press the power button on the charging pack for 3 seconds. Once it turns off, you can continue using your phone and the battery pack will be off. Saves battery life! Now if you want to turn the battery pack back on, close the kickstand back, and the battery pack will turn on automatically and begin to charge your phone! This is absolutely genius! Love this smart feature.Overall:ESR have themselves a winner here. Their technology will keep evolving with future battery packs. It will ultimately, make the competition wake up and play catch-up to ESR!

Solidly built, compact, good value magnetic power bank
The construction of this power bank feels very high quality as soon as its taken out of the box without being too heavy or bulky.The stand is solid with a metal construction and does not collapse compared to another product I recently purchased.Small and compact enough to carry around in jeans or coat pocket to provide the battery top up for any USB C device which is very handy.My first ESR product and very impressed.

Great product, just one problem
It’s great and I would give it 5/5 if I didn’t have this one problem. Most times when I have the battery pack on my iPhone and turn it off it just turns itself back on. I keep turning the battery off and it turns itself back on. Works sometimes but most times it doesn’t.I would love to just leave it on most of the time and just turn it on when needed.
