I am pleased with this battery charger and how it works. Took me a while to figure out that when Icharge my phone with the battery pack on it, both the charger and the phone charge.So, it does take a while to charge but, my apple phone was lasting 3 hours at best, and I didn't want to buy a new phone and this thing works. Very happy. FYI it's a bit heavy but who cares. .. it works...

Not worth the money. I have had other brands that have worked longer and better. Then it not only stopped charging, but it started screwing with my phone where I started thinking my phone was having problems. It wasn’t my phone. Soon as I removed the case it went back to normal.

I see all these bad reviews and just laugh. I think they expect too much. I have two of these, have for 2 years now, and just alternate between the two. My phone hasn’t been plugged to the wall in for two years. If you want an easy solution for having to be connected to an outlet all the time? Buy two of these and make life much simpler.

This particular case is much thicker than my other case. I think this one was my mistake because I ordered the model with the higher amps so logic dictates that it would be bigger. It does work well, I just cannot fit it in my pocket.

My boyfriend had one for his phone and I broke it. I bought him a new one but stole it for myself. I never had to worry about my phone battery dying since I need my phone constantly at work. Didn’t have to carry my charger from home. One thing is during night time take it off the phone because it won’t fully charger while on the charger at night. If I did charge it at the same time the phone case would only get up to one or two glowing “buttons” but even with one or two glowing “buttons” it kept my phone charged the whole day. And while charging both at night your phone will also fully charge.

The lightning connector unfortunately doesn’t really hold a charger table. I have to frequently push in the cable repeatedly and it falls out, or I have to position something to push it in consistently. I don’t know if this was a flaw in this product or if the line is designed, and this is a consistent flaw across. I tried to still use it back, but it frequently charge all the way Due to the power cord issue.I would have asked for a refund and returned it if I had the time during the return window.

It works but it’s bent back in one corner like it doesn’t fit right
