perfect if you want to fasten and never unfasten…
I sewed these onto a child’s jacket made of fleece. Nearly impossible to unsnap. I felt like the fleece was going to rip when I unsnapped. To make them looser, I had to file the male side—which shredded the securing threads so that I had to resew those.

High quality
I bought these to use in blouses and dresses that gape at the bust. They snap together very well, but I will say they are hard to unsnap. It doesn't really bother me too much, but if you are using them on delicate fabric that is something you might want to keep in mind.

the parts are very shallow, it’s hard to snap them. Not for garment sewing, I have not wash them, but I suspect they are not going to survive the washing machine
