StarONE Sight Pusher Tool Heavy Duty Special for Square Slide with Dovetailed Sight

I wanna say that this is a well built little device that works great and very easy to use. Took me less then a minute to install and remove the rear sight. I would definitely recommend this for the price and agility of it. Great product, thank you.

DO NOT BUY THIS. It’s cheap pot metal and the parts do not work. The baseplate fell off because it’s just a bolt inside another bolt, it also doesn’t clear the padding on the side, the top screw can’t get tight because it strips out, the handle isn’t installed correctly so it falls off when trying to use it, and it’s not even strong enough to push the sight on. So now the rear sight is too far on for me to remove by hand and hanging off, but the tool is too junk to push it back off. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I used this on a Taurus GX4 only so this may work better and easier on larger caliber and longer barreled slides. It did get the job done but was tedious to use and handle. I don't regret the purchase just stating the facts

Only moves site left to right unwinds the handle threads and handle falls off when going right to left. I purchased it to fine tune the sight. The only solution was to install a lock nut before screwing on the handle to lock the handle on(see pic). Poor engineering and testing.

works well , i used it on my G3C , it only seems to be suited for a glock or glock copies but i am not a pro so dont take my work for italso when they shipped it to me they wrapped the box it is stored in with packing tape , so when i took it off it messed up the box. it would be better if they wrapped it in paper then tape since it is basically the box it will live in .

This sightn pusher tool is flimsy. The screw holding the handle on was loose. I tightened it but it kept coming lose, then stripped. The rubber pads are self-adhesive, but move around and creep out of place during use. The base that supports the slide has too much play in it and allows the slide to tilt to an angle while trying to push the sight. I returned it and will look for a better one.

I bought this because I was trying to replace the sight on my Glock and honestly this isn’t worth the money, it took me a good 2 hours to try and get the new sight installed, it was easy to get the sight off. The issue I have with it is all the parts are falling off, they have a screw underneath the plate that is suppose to make the slide level but the screw keeps coming off. I was able to finally get the new sight on but I’m not using this one anymore for myself. Maybe I got a bad one but this one I have isn’t worth it.
