Perfect to hold
Got these as they are perfectly shaped for female hands, not like those big clumpy metal ones I just leave these on my sofa and do a few exercises watching tv. They have a good grip and are very cute to. When I bought them I thoughtI would get a pair, but it was just one. So more expensive than others but the comfort more than makes up for it to me. Great for those being wings ladies!!.

Perfect for my Use
This 1.5 weight was recommended by my physio. As an older person I'm using this to strengthen my wrists and arms after a fall outdoors. Good grip and to use.

Completely misleading
Like other buyers I was disappointed when this arrived as it was one dumbbell and not a pair. This is way too expensive for one weight, and in one of the images it shows 2 weights! Avoid!
