However, TJ Libinski the PBS music man did just that but even he in his density finally found the SMOOTHER than ourbeloved TEMPTATIONS & SMOKIER THAN SMOKIE ROBINSON (WHOM I LOVE) & Bought several CD's to get all his good stuff....to me only Bill Withers come close to CHI-lites or some of the awesome philly sounds.TJ finally discovered the CHI-LITES "HAVE YOU SEEN HER" THIS 3cd set is a blessing to all who have ears to hear!some sellers are raking in the cash when they sell this OOP (OUT OF PRODUCTION) set I could tell you all the songs but you would likely track them down, get them in the wrong order and not be as happy as I am.And believe me this set will have you slapping yourself for forgetting the other super hits by the CHI-lites!

Brings back the memories of when I sat at home playing all their albums over and over again. Songs like "ain't too much of nothin' & that's how long" gave me the inshights on how a relationship should be. Now, married myself, I could not wait to play these songs and can not imagine the thought of not having Linda, my wife with me today. This box set in the best investment of romantic pleasure you could ever imagine. Thanks, for the memories and the future.

The Chi lites helped to define "soul music" that many of my contemporaries danced to,or fell in love to. Eugene Record's writing talents, combined with his stirring falsetto voice, set the stage for other groups around the country to emulate. This album is a MUST for all collectors, or anyone who loves great music.

The Chi-lites never sounded better than on the 3 disc from TOO GOOD TO BE FORGOTTEN. The harmony, orchestrations, and phrasing of lead singer Eugene Record will immediately take you back to younger days. If you don't sing along with this group, you're soul-less. You will never tire of this great music.

The 70's was the best of music the chilites was one of the groups that made it so. If you want to go back in time this is a great cd to have and the price is not bad
