When I was sitting on my deck and realized a mosquito was biting me, I jumped up in excitement and yelled, "Now I can try my new mosquito product!" The suction comes with several sizes of suction ends. It is very easy to use. I used it on the spot where the mosquito bit me, even though I could scarcely see a bite yet. After using the suction, I was itch-free for over 24 hours!!! I only wish I could have tried the suction on my last camping trip where the mosquitos were very hungry! The suction also mentions it can be used for snake bites. I'm not sure how reliable that idea is, and I hope I never need to find out its efficacy.

Even with two hands it’s very difficult to get the plunger all the way down. It’s not easy like shown in the video. I’m not convinced yet that it works because I still have itching after using it, but it’s worth whatever relief I can get from flea bites. The video says to keep using it if there is still itching, but it’s so hard to plunge that it’s such an effort!

In order for you to have a better suction power, another person doing it with both hands work a lot better. This however does not give you full relief as you will still get a itch mark but not as bad.

My family are avid campers, and this was the perfect addition to our first aid kit. Thankfully, I haven't had to use it to suck out venom, but have used it on mosquito bites. It provides immediate itch relief to the mosquito bites, without using any type of chemicals or medications. I do suggest using carefully, and not on the face, because it can leave suction bruising behind on sensitive skin. I highly recommend.

This is pretty weak if you are trying it on tough skin like hands, feet or fingers. It might work on softer area's of the body but the suction is weak, no matter witch head you use one it. It does come in a nice carrying case to keep everything together. May be good to keep in your car in case of emergencies but I was less than impressed with the suction & I tried it out many times. Bummer.

Can easily be used ambidextrously, one hand operation is possible but may require bigger hands.The suction power is less effective than the unit I had from 1979, I think the main issue is the lower displacement of air.Yes it forms a vacuum but was not able to extract the full volume of liquid.Longer application may just promote concentration of blood in an area that is possibly contaminated with poison or bacteria or viruses.

The plunger on this is hard to move up/down. It shouldn't be so difficult. I get that it creates suction, but it is really difficult to move the plunger one handed!

Mosquitoes love me. My husband calls me HIS mosquito repellent because he doesn't get bitten when I'm around. To make matters worse, I react strongly to mosquito bites. So, I got this hoping that it might help with the terrible itching I experience after getting bitten by a mosquito.I sacrificed my own body to test it. I went outside at dusk with no insect repellent on and sat still. I waited and watched my bare legs. Soon, a hungry mosquito landed on my knee. I let her feast. Then I immediately went inside, grabbed this tool and used it on the fresh bite. I didn't see anything come out of my skin. But, I figured that a mosquito doesn't actually pump that much saliva into your skin, so maybe I wouldn't see anything anyway. I waited a few minutes. A bump was starting to form. I used the tool again.Eventually, I developed a small slightly itchy welt. It wasn't TOO bad of a bite, but it was still affecting me. So maybe the tool helped a bit? It's now the next day, and I can still see and feel the bite. But again it's only a minor annoyance.I like the carrying case and the different attachments because it will make the tool easy to carry around. And I will keep trying it. Maybe it is working.
