The battery wasn't charged even after keeping the charger ON for more than 1 hour.

Not satisfactory
After a single charge it doesnot last for 12/14 hours. Thogh we use the phone only to receive a call or make phone calls, within 7 days only it started to drain very quickly. A product from Amazon has a quality as far as my knowledge, but in this case it does not meet the criteria of service.
