I am glad that I finally , because it did work! I have used it on my stomach, but my husband has actually used it on back pain. It’s also great to exercise these muscles and relieve pain! I like the method of using a larger ab fragment with two smaller ab fragments so that it can be used anywhere. I might end up with the second one, so each of us has our own.

Hi everyone, haven’t had the trainer long, but it does do exactly what it claims to do.I’m recovering after various accidents, so it does help to get those muscles in awkward places moving, and restore the strength that will make further exercise more productive.I hear people complaining about the quality etc, but they seem like good little units, so, as it’s not any kind of dangerous voltage, what’s to stop us from buying some other tens pads and press studs and twiddling a few wires?LolIf you look further on the site you'll find "gel only" pads, so that when you can't clean and revive the originals you just peel them off give the backing a clean off and stick a new one on.Unfortunately for the sellers, you might, with a bit of care make you unit last forever !This can’t be a bad idea, as a couple of days after I had posted it Amazon had plagiarised and claimed it as their own, showing pad replacement instructions et all.I imagine I’ll be in line for some kind of handout for this “brilliant” solution to the problems and free advertising idea !!LOLFurther to the above, I have to say it’s probably favourite to swerve this item completely, after only 5 or 6 recharges the internal batteries in all three of mine would no longer hold sufficient charge to make the units work.To be fair I had a quick look to see what batteries were inside, they’re not the type you could easily find and if you did it would be a very awkward job to replace them. Even if you could replace them you wouldn’t know if it was the charging electronics that was at fault anyway.It’s a shame because out of the box they seemed like a good little design unfortunately it had been carried out using cheap/useless materials that couldn’t do the job.In short, they are a load of rubbish, AVOIDSuppose you do just get what you pay for, I tried to be upbeat but now have to be realistic !

Simple to use, one of the arm pads does not work, abdomen comfortable

The first thing I will say about this 'Abs Trainer' is that the instructions are complete nonsense. Don't even bother trying to understand them. For the love of God, why don't far eastern manufacturers just hire someone who actually speaks English as their native language to write their instruction manuals instead of seemingly giving the project to a schoolboy who has no idea!Once you've dispensed with the instruction book, You can more or less tell from the pictures on the Amazon item description where to place the pads (and which way up!). Then there's the question of which programme to use. I've tried 'Abdomen' for my upper abdomen (just covering my solar plexus) and 'Waist' for my lower stomach. also tried 'upper arm' with the small pads for my biceps and 'forearm' for, well, my forearms... I've also tried the smaller pads on my shoulders.All of these positions (apart from the waist) seemed to be surprisingly effective in contracting my muscles. I started on level 5 on my abdomen but I'm up to level 9 now! it packs quite a punch. I'm not sure if it's really had much impact on my muscle tone or not, after about two weeks of light use (once a day), but I'll persevere anyway.I thought it might be possible to wear the pads whilst sitting at my desk, working, but I used the abdomen and bicep pads all at the same time and my arms were thrashing about like I was having a fit!! I'm sure I accidentally deleted a few documents with my computer mouse as my arms were jerking around all over the place! (not recommended).The batteries seem to hold more charge than I was expecting. They can support multiple 15-minute sessions between charges. Not sure what happens when the batteries start to run out as I've kept them well charged (do the electrical pulses get weaker? dunno).The conductive pads were very sticky when I first got this product, now they're not so sticky. especially the bicep pads seem to start peeling off fairly quickly (after only half a dozen uses). I think the instructions suggest cleaning with a damp cloth and nothing else but, to be honest, they could be saying anything because it's all gobbledegook.Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase and the value for money, just wish the instructions were (much) better

1 of the charging pods does not work. Not very sticky at all.

Used for my abs to replace another product. Like this one way better. The other kept switching off whereas I can get things done with this one. Also the control doesn’t beep when you reset it so I can stay on the phone and nobody knows I am using it. Additionally it isn’t as bulky because it sticks on instead of straps around.

Very good and easy to use

Absolutely useless. Doesn’t stick to the skin, turns off at the slightest touch, took ages to charge up and worked for 40 seconds and needed recharging. Glad it was so cheap I don’t feel as bad now throwing it in the bin. Amazon should be ashamed allowing rubbish like this to be sold on their site.

Splendido e da ricomprare 100 volte.Le geltaine dopo uan settimana non attaccano più (e io ho l'ho usato per una vota a settimana invece dovrebbero essere 3).Pur facendo bene attezione alla pelle, a bagnare le gelatine quando perdono di aderenza, a neon fare scaldare troppo il mezzo... succede. MA E' NORMALE.Risultati visibili in poco tempo. Bellissimo acquisto (nota, in questo mancano i glutei, li ho dovuti prendere a parte)NOTA ULTERIORE: se vi capita èprendete anche doppie la farfalline per le braccia. Addominali e glutei hano un unico utilizzo, am le farfalline possono essere messe in più punti.Attenzione: non vi spaventate se il giorno dopo le prime applicazioni sarete stanchissimi. ;-)

No funciona llego y se averió en 3 días no lo pude devolver no recomiendo que lo compren

Bon produit conforme à la description plusieur mode 6 en tout , il faut programmé selon la partie que vous voulez stimuler,(épaules,bras,avant bras,abdos...)Pour les gens qui veulent vraiment perdre du poids:1) Touts d abord il faut se préparé psychologiquement au changement et posez vous la question pourquoi vous voulez perdre du poids 2) un régime alimentaire ou plutôt changé de méthode alimentaire mettez dans votre assiette la moitié de ce que vous mangez d'habitude oublié les boisson gazeuses les sucreries l'alcool....3) quelque exercice le matin ne serait ce que des etirements et quelque pompe4) utiliser L'appareil avant de passer à tableCela m'a beaucoup aidé à perdre du poids pas en une semaine mais 2/3 mois (Sans cette appareil) je vais donné un retour après 1 mois d'utilisation pour la 1er utilisations c'est plutôt goodPs: Pour les gens qui veulent acheté le produit je vous conseille de prendre du gel compatible avec l'appareil
