Q: I received the heart and butterfly kit without instructions or envelopes. Is that normal?

That is unusual. The kit comes with individual envelopes and an instruction insert for each seed paper. I purchased to include in gift bags at my Moms funeral, and they were absolutely perfect.

Q: Are the wildflower seeds native to Florida?

Description says U.S. but look at the list of wildflowers listed to determine if they fit your zone. Might grow them in a pot. Check to see if any are invasive if planted outdoors.
