works well but one refill does not do whole mouth

Works fab. Flossing much more with this than I have ever with floss or the interdental brushes. Quite noisy and messy but close your lips a bit and stand well over the sink and you will be surprised what it cleans from between your teeth and gums. Glad I bought it.

This product makes my teeth feel sparkly ✨️ clean. I like that it has different power settings. I prefer the lower power; the high power is a bit too strong and I don't like the pulse action at all. It does run out of water quickly, but that's fine as I just refill it. I do 4 fills in total to clean the 2 fronts of the teeth and the 2 backs. The charge lasts ages...I have only recharged it once and I use it daily. Top tip...use luke warm water instead of cold. PS I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and my hygienist commented on how clean my teeth looked at my last appointment. 😇

Purchased this in June 2024 and works really well. Really improved my oral hygiene but then after ten months the battery packed up. No problem I thought - just get a replacement under the twelve months warranty. Contacted their customer service and after a delay they asked for more details. Provided these and then after another delay they asked for basically the same details. Provided all the invoice details to prove it was under warranty and since then ....nothing. No response to chasers and complete radio silence.

Instructions in German. 4 flosser attachments but no tongue scraper. Not as powerful as previous flosser. Not overly impressive. Smaller water container. Need to stop and refill between flossing. Would rather pay more next time

I’d seen many ads for water flossers! I’m sure this was on offer and had ok reviews.I fully charged it beforehand, and filled with water, I was not expecting the power of the machine. Water went everywhere! I learned not to “press the trigger and keep it down”. Best to press and hold for 1-2 seconds on each gap to be flossed. That way you could focus on getting the best results, and not spray water everywhere!I’ve used this unit for about 6 months now, I’m still using on a weekly basis, it’s not sitting in my bathroom gathering dust!

Smaller water chamber than my previous flosser so you have to fill it a couple of times while cleaning teeth— but the plus side of that is that it’s smallish & neat so easier to take on hols ( in nice littler bag provided!)

Nice product. Works very well. This is to be used along side string flossing and not intended to replace it completely. Can be a bit uncomfortable if you have sensitive teeth.
