Is the brown in the picture. Actually, true to color?

Mine is just slightly darker but I have been carrying it several weeks. Also your computer color may be calibrated differently than mine. Bottom line is it's pretty darn close.

From the reviews I see that the zipper stops working properly, will that be covered under warranty?

I think the seller can better answer your question. Just to let you know I have been using this wallet for a few months now I have no problem with the zipper. Just as any other wallet you shouldn't over stuff it in order to maintain the integrity of the zipper.

Do all of the outer slots have rfid protection? i need at least one that doesn't for my work id badge.

I place my access cards on the outer slots and they work fine. I believe they use a different frequency than bank cards etc anyway.

How do you work the pull tab?

My pull tab does absolutely nothing when pulled. I have a card in the pocket directly in front of the pull tab, but it doesn't move it at all.
