Pup loves this, makes him work for his treats, keeps him engaged in searching. Product is well made but he has chewed through one part of the rubber. This hasn't affected the use, can still roll the felt into the hap & allow him to undo it.Carrot he likes to play fetch with.

My dog loved this. Took some time to set up but was well worth it. Kept my dog busy for ages and she loved it. Easy to store away.

The product arrived vacuum packaged and once opened, it no longer retained the shape of a ball. The pliable plastic doesn't look like it will return to a full ball form over time. It's as flat as a pancake. Due to this, the material doesn't fit in the warped holes properly and they immediately unwrap as soon as the product is dropped on the floor. Not nearly as stimulating or challenging as I thought it would be for my dog. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

We got this for our new puppy however he is not using it as intended he just likes to use it as a tug toy. It would be very tedious to fill the strips with food and roll them up again so I’m glad he wasn’t that bothered by it.

At first when it came, I thought it was a different ball. It was squished flat and wouldn't go into a ball.The strips are thin and very long and take ages to wind back in, takes a few seconds for my dog to unroll them all.Because it isn't round ball shape, it's hard to get the rolls back into the holes.Both my dog & I gave up with it.
