Works amazing with the gym monster. Honestly it should have come with the machine.

They do fit but they might slide out when pulling the bench bar. You have to pay attention not to pull them out on each move.

Great for Speediance gym
If you buy the Speediance home gym, these are a must. I am not sure how people use the bench press and other similar motions without them. My only negative is they don’t lock into place and sometimes I knock them out of their holders. But I definitely would buy again
