I was suffer for leaky gut for 2 years now this amazing product solved my gut issues i in just 3 months 1. I used to have flare up very often, after taking this no more gut pain and it helped me with constipation I will take 2 spoons of it before going to bed ( only 3hours after my dinner) I Also take Apple cider vinegar 20mins before my breakfast , I used for low stomach acid ,often known as GERD or acidity (u can also try) Hope this helps Have hope Thank you Asterveda for this amazing product!!

I used for 3 months. No change in strength or what it claims. I stopped using it.
