Pros: it has a lot of suction (6 modes). The handheld machine comes in a nice hard sided case w 3 attachments, a long hose, soft tweezers (not like the kind you would pluck your eyebrows w), a double end ear spoon/brush, and a charger.Vons: the directions are not thorough. It doesn't explain on how connect the hose to the rest of the machine so it took me 15-20 minutes to realize the one end of the hose connects to the machine. When I finally used it, I found the white tip that goes in your ear came off when I was turning it round and round!The three plastic tips are really great on their own (without the tube) so another pro is that I think they'd make for good nasal aspiration in babies/toddlers or also if you get water in your ears at the pool.

I had ordered a different gadget for ear wax removal that had a camera when connected to WiFi and it came with no directions on how to use it so I ordered this one. I wasn’t concerned about the camera. I just need to hear out of my ear. I received this one today and immediately opened the box and looked for the directions. The only thing it and their amazon site mentions is to use ear drops first. I have no idea what to use and how to use anything. It comes with filters and doesn’t mention where it goes in the contraption. I have no clue if it’s even assembled correctly! I attempted, with absolutely no knowledge of how, to use the vacuum part and it didn’t do anything but cause pain and that wasn’t even on the highest setting. I’m desperate and have had no luck. I can’t find a Dr who will clean my ears. I definitely don’t recommend this product as your blindly playing Dr.

Ok, I'll be honest, ear wax kinda grosses me out! But this thing is amazing! I can't believe it's so easy to use. It comes in a convenient travel case. I love that it has two tips for the tube. And it has batteries but can also be plugged in. It works great, the suction was strong enough! My family is excited about this little tool! Pretty sure even our hearing got a bit better!

I love the ear sucker but the 2nd main piece is cheap. I haven’t had my machine long and the 2 tiny pieces that holds the tank to the machine is broke already. I don’t see how to get a replacement for it if you even can

This gadget it great for keeping your ears clean. I liked that it had different attachments and it was all easy to clean and disinfect. I am glad I got this because it’s hard for me to keep my ears clean from build up.

I received the product and immediately noticed there were no instructions. Aside from a small sheet of paper offering very little instruction only caution on how to use. There was nothing identfying the parts or how they connect or what they do. The device comes with a rechargeable battery. The only way to charge the unit is through a USB port but no cord is provided. No instruction on how to turn the device on or off. Never tried to use the device because it didn't show me how and I was afraid to use the device on someone fearing I may hurt them.

It sucks up water so that’s fine, but most of us have ear wax that’s thicker than water… it literally did nothing for my ears

Works well plenty of section the attachments make it easy if you do a complete ear canal cleaning
