Arrived faster than fast! I have an old school Oster 76. Paid over 150 dollars for it light years ago. Blades are expensive too, it's loud, it gets hot quickly and it's a pain in the butt to use when grooming my dog (present and past). Recently I discovered this dog grooming kit because I didn't want to spend about 30 dollars for a new blade that "might" work. Even though there were/are some excellent reviews on this kit, I really didn't have very high expectations. So wrong was I. I can't believe how easy it is to use, it arrived 98% charged (which in my head didn't think it would last long and again, I was prooven wrong again), very VERY light, I was able to groom his private areas - which in the past was not done properly (by me) because it would get hot and I didn't want to burn the little guy, and, from what was in the past an over an hour "task" was trimmed down to maybe 15 minutes max. No tangled cord to deal with, VERY quiet, NO GETTING HOT and the charge - after his buzz - is at 96%. I'm impressed! As a matter of fact, I'm very VERY impressed and ELATED that I picked up this grooming kit and, I think my little doggie is happy too! It comes with everything that you will possibly need: assorted clipper guides which are easy to put on and take off, clipper brush (to clean out the hair that may get stuck), oil, shears, comb and charging cord.

I have a 13yr old wheaten terrier and a 12yr old American cocker spaniel. Grooming them is a weekend project of 4 * 2hr sittings until the Whal dies or gets so hot I just can't anymore and my back is killing me.They hate it, hate grooming, have had horrible experiences with groomers (one left a huge gash and covered it with a bandana)SO..... I got this one and tried it. It is NOT silent. As soon as I turned it on my wheaten bolted, BUT it is not horrible. I got him back and got half of him done in 10MINUTES!!! Very happy. I'll have to see how it does with my Cocker but so far so good. If it does well after 2 months I'll updtate the review and buy another.Good luck with yours!

Love them so much got another pair just in case these ones broke I have a long haired husky that I have to shave every year it usually takes me 3 to 4 days these literally cut them within an hour so smooth and quiet I never leave a review but I have to say these are the most amazing shavers I've ever had you even get a pair of scissors and a comb in them don't mean this bad but you would be dumb not to buy these as I said I never leave a review but I had to on these the hair came off like I was shaving butter

Very happy, been cutting my own scotty dogs for years double thick coats hard to cut !!!!! with andis, professional clippers, mine are 15 years even with new blades mine are old and tiered... I have purchased and tried 3 different 200 dollar 2 andis and one Oster heavy hot and under powered.... I was able to beat my overall time by 30 minutes for2 dogs these cut amazing, quiet stayed cool. very little binding for 20 bucks I bought 2 more immediately for backup as I now plan on using these from now on I have always procrastinated in cutting them every 6 weeks usually waiting 8 because of cutting frustration. Not no more they cut like butter at 20 bucks I can't even buy replacement blades for my andis at this price.

I bought this clipper to replace an old Wahl brand pet clipper that was corded and heavy and loud. I have an elderly Maltipoo with very fine curly hair. He is a generally chill dog and doesn't give me a hard time grooming. But this was a whole different experience. The clippers are light weight so I didn't get fatigue from holding them even though I have mild essential tremors. I was able to groom him pretty quickly in around 30 minutes and he even fell asleep while I was grooming him! I love these clippers so much I might buy a second pair to use on both of my sons when I cut their hair!The only thing I didn't like was that I dropped it (my fault - tremor) and the blade came off. I found it very difficult to get the blade back on properly. It did not just snap on you had to have it lined up just right or the bottom wouldn't clip in. It was pretty frustrating but I did manage to get it back in.
