Vitamin D3 1000iu & K2 MK4 Tablets | Supplements for Bone and Muscle Health | Oxford Vitality

I've been using Oxford Vitality products for quite a few years now. As an Oxfordshire resident, it's nice to be able to buy important vitamins from a relatively local company. So many of these sort of products come from abroad, let alone from relatively nearby.Like many other people, I like the minimal packaging, which usually enables items to be posted through the letterbox. And they are generally reasonably good value for money. I have to qualify that somewhat by saying that as far as I remember, buying vitamin K2 from them used to be very cheap, then I noticed the price seeming to go up quite a bit (although it's usually more expensive from competitors.Then I discovered (thanks to a comment or review on Amazon) that they did a vitamin D + K2 product, and also that they did 500 tablet packs (and I see today they have a 1000 tablet pack, although I'm only buying a 500 tablet pack today (plus the same in the MK-7 variety).I like to get both versions of K2 (MK4 and MK7 - See the book "Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox" which says that it's important really to get both versions). So I'm buying the version of these tablets with the MK7 K2 as well, and will give the same review there.

Really pleased with these tablets, need to take d3 from October through until March. Easy to swallow, along with other tablets, great product. I will continue to buy in future.

There are 500 tablets in the pack and the dose is 1 a day. I haven’t opened them as the expiry date is in only 3 months so they will be out of date too soon. Sending them back.

I have been taking these tablets for few months now and I definately have noticed a difference. I haven't been ill apart from a bit of sore throat and my bones haven't hurt this winter.. my husband has also been taking them everyday for at least 6 months, and although he still get a virus now and again he hasn't been as ill and frequent as usual.. and the friend who recommended them to me hasn't had any chest infections nor pneumonia since she started taking the tablets. So at least three happy customers :)Also the customer service is amazing!The only con I can mention is that they are on the expensive side. but saying that I have noticed the price has been reduced on the small pack and it is more reasonable.

Just what I wanted this year and very good price.Upon researching the company (I worry when I buy from a company that is new to me what exactly I am buying) I was pleased to find out they are British! I could scan a QR code and even learn about the people working there.These are tiny tablets, easy to take.

I prefer to take a lower dose twice a day, rathere than a high dose once daily. So these are perfect for me.
