After getting the package, my wife and I were excited to tryout this “Leg / Calf massager”! (Issues we were looking for help on included circulation and restless leg syndrome)I was surprised at the product’s versatility. There are three different modes that can run individually, or in any desired combination: Heat, vibration, and compression.This setup includes Velcro – secured massage wraps for both legs with each labeled L or R to indicate the appropriate side, connected electrical cables a master control console, and the power supply which plugs into house current.Buyers are advised to read the instructions before beginning use. One important thing to note is that as a safety measure, a “long press” of the power button is required to turn the console on or off!The compression “mode” includes six different options. The “up” and “down” modes compress the upper or lower calf respectively. I enjoyed the “relax” mode, which provides a gentle compression that actually travels up and down the length of the calves.All six modes allow further “tuning” by setting the strength to “minimum”, “mid” or “max”.Personally I had no desire for the “vibration” mode. But it can be left off, or enabled at three different levels.Different users will have different preferences.Personally, I found it best to keep the wrap very loose when wrapping the leg. In fact, I gauge the proper inner circumference locking the Velcro to a size that fits snugly around my flexed foot/heel. After sizing in this way, I pull it up so that it is around my calf. This may seem very loose, but the inflation easily compensated for that degree of looseness. Also it allows you to keep the wraps “ready” for slip on, slip off use without need for the noisy Velcro attachment each time! That allows a person to use them without fear of annoying/disturbing your spouse.All told, we were very impressed with the device. I just hope we don’t end up fighting over who gets to use it most!

Very relaxing for restless legs. The heat setting has 3 levels, I can only use it on the lowest level, it gets pretty hot. The strength setting is strong as well. I use it on the lowest strength & it gets very tight like a blood pressure cuff. Almost uncomfortable but it depends on how tight you put it on & where it's placed. I have skinny legs so it's not like there's no room for expansion. It's definitely worth the money! I have RLS & am allergic to every RLS med out there, so this is wonderful for me! It can be used on calves, thighs & arms. It shuts off after 30 minutes, which is fine but I'd like to have a timer of maybe 45 minutes. It suggests not to use for more than 1 hr at a time. The only downfall to it is when you use the massage on it, it's loud. So if I have an episode of RLS & my husband's asleep, if I use massage, even in another room, it'll probably wake him up. The velcro is Very strong too! Pretty hard to get that apart & loud too. Other than that, it's amazing & I'm glad I bought it!

So disappointed that this came broken, it would not charge or turn on and I tried to get help from alljoy and I received information for a coffee company that had nothing to do with this leg massager thank god Amazon can help with the refund.

I cannot say enough good things about this. The different functions are perfect- the heat is the perfect addition, along with different vibrating mode and pressure options. You can change the strength and style, which is great depending on use and pain level.Product is light weight and folds up for easy storage too.Highly recommend.

Very frustrating at first because it wouldn't power on and the enclosed guide was not very informative. BUT the good news is that I emailed customer support that night ([email protected]) and received a reply the next morning suggesting that I press and hold the power button for a few seconds. I did this once - still didn't work so i did it again - and it worked! Same thing for turning it off - it required pressing and holding two different times. The heat and compression are just what my achy legs needed. I'll also add that customer service continued communicating with me to ensure I didn't need a refund and was satisfied with the product. I gave it an overall 4 just because of the initial frustration.

Gets very tight and tense so keep that in mind before buying. Also the heating did not work for mine. It still works good, which is why I give an average 3/5 review rating

I did not have any leg pain or circulation issues....merely purchased this item because I thought it would be a treat to have a leg massage any time I wanted one! This does not disappoint. It feels amazing!! Have to put the pressure on "medium" because the "high" setting is exactly that....and a little uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this product. When you use it, be sure to hold the start button down until the lights come on. If you don't, you'll think it doesn't work...it does take a second or two to come on.
