It was easy to install and it came with additional fittings so no need to run to the hardware store. I love how sturdy and nice the finish is on this faucet.

I installed this in our Scamp camper to replace a hand pump that kept breaking. This is hooked up to a small pump and it works extremely well for giving us water on demand. The stream is solid and doesn't spray everywhere when using it.

We use Aquasana filter system in our house for 5 years or so. The faucet that comes with the Aquasana filter is ok, not perfect. If you have a different design of your main kitchen faucet you may want to replace the Aquasana faucet right away with something different. Thankfully, the filter system comes with the standard thin PVC pipe that matches most faucets including this one.The original Aquasana faucet is pretty 'basic' to say the least. It's made of some brass alloy which turns green in a few months. I would be ok with some green, I can scrub it off once in a while, but it had another problem: the valve wears out and starts dripping after the 2nd set of filters. Aquasana does not offer replacement faucets or anything except filter cartridges, and replacing the entire system is not a solution to the problem.So I went ahead and bought this Waterdrop faucet as a replacement. It turned out to be super easy to install, I didn't use the enclosed connector though, I re-used the Aquasana plastic sealer ring and nut that was still attached to the pipe, which perfectly matched the connector thread on this faucet.Lost story short: we are happy, the water flow is great, the quality is great, stainless steel is miles better than copper or brass, no leaks, the faucet height is nearly perfect. So far (3 weeks) all is well.

The design, angle, lever, and look is fantastic. It's very simple and the box is well packaged. The mount for the underside is just a hand tightened plastic-type thing - it was hard for me to secure it on my counter. I went to a hardware store and got a washer and nut so I could tighten it down with a wrench. I also got a rubber washer to go on top of the counter, between the faucet and counter to prevent sink water from dripping down - the faucet has a O-ring for that, but the hole in my counter is pretty big and just barely covered by the O-ring so I felt a rubber washer on top would be better.

Just got one of these for my APEC water filter becuase I have brass/gold brushed taps and wanted to match, These are much better than the ones APEC shipped in the box. Very sturdy and looks classy.

Nice looking, perfectly reasonable installation, and a nice smooth action on the valve. I would described it as a 5-star product. HOWEVER, after about three months of use, it developed a leak and began dripping out about a liter every five hours. As far as I can tell, there is nothing about the valve that is user-serviceable.UPDATE: I contacted WaterDrop customer service and they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, sending me a new one that arrived in just two days. They also offered a pitcher filter as an apology gift. The new faucet seems perfect, so my 1-star review is now a 5-star again, assuming that this was just a quality-control glitch. If this replacement also develops a leak, I'll be back to revise the review (again).

The faucet is well made and very solid. The installation was easy and made relacing my worn out unit a breeze. I had a slight leak from the nozzle and I contacted customer service. They provided a quick resolution, and were very professionalism in addressing my issue. The customer service was excellent.

start leaking very back, not good product, I paid someone $100 to install and all for just bad product, not only that it was tough to install it because the hole size is away too big and we ended up using my old gasket to seal it, now i can't use because it leak at water dispense

Easy install. Looks great. Does the job.
