Zone is very different from all the other energy/focus supplements I have tried (and I have tried a lot over the years).The main difference I see is that the effects build gradually, rather than a sudden jolt of energy, you get a steady build of energy that last for about 6 hours and then gently fades.It's a much more pleasant experience than the sudden ups and downs that normally accompany these sorts of products.Its entirely plant based and a little more expensive than a lot of the products that claim to do similar things. However I'm happy to pay a bit extra for this. I use before the gym and my occasional triathlons. To sum up, its a lasting, clear focus, quite a unique feeling.

Didn't realise this was so high in caffeine. Very dodgy. Wouldn't entertain.

I’m vegan and very careful about avoiding synthetic stimulants/high sugar energy drinks which give you a sugar rush and then horrible crash, not to mention shoots up your blood sugar levels.Zone does a fantastic job of waking me up before my mor ing run and also gives me a great mood boost.5 stars for the taste and all natural energy.
