Perfect for my office. I have a brick wall behind me which makes the space very cold - this is perfect! Puts out the right amout of heat and makes the winter bearable!!

The unit has good quiet radiant heat. No fan so no fan noise and the heat can be felt several feet away from unit. So far satisfied with the unit though I do not like the dual on off switches. One switch turns on the top heater the other switch the bottom heater.It takes about 5-8 seconds for the bulb to come to full heat/light or to go out completely. I thought the right button was unit on and off and the left button was to switch between one or both heat bulbs 250 and 500 watt. It is not that way and with the slight delay in the bulb lighting up when i switched the right button to off and thought I had turned off the unit off completely but came home to the top heater still on. This can be a little confusing in the instructions and possibly create a safety issue .Overall ok unit for good quiet heat but note the size it is not a small unit it is about a foot wide by 16 inches tall.

This small space heater works very well and uses very little electricity. It has two heating elements and can use either one or both. It is radiant heat, so it doesn't make noise. I'm very happy with this product.

This is perfect for my office, which tends to be colder than the rest of the building during winter months. It's completely silent so it doesn't distract from phone calls or Zoom meetings (or listening to music on my computer.) There's no fan and it doesn't blow warm air, but it radiates plenty of warmth where I have it near my desk. It's lightweight, yet seems sturdy, doesn't tip over, and doesn't get overheated or hot on the back at all. I unplug it whenever I leave my office, rather than just turning it off, just to be on the safe side.

I specifically chose a radiant heater for their efficiency. This seemed great, but worked only intermittently. I liked it, thought perhaps it was a lemon, so ordered another of the same thing. Same problem with second unit. Didn't matter where it was plugged in, whether there was movement or not. I can't understand why it simply doesn't turn on when you plug it in. Please fix this problem!

My office gets cold during the winter, so I was using a ceramic heater for years but even on low it uses 1,000 watts so I tried to use it sparingly.I really didn't think this would do very much -- in fact I was going to set it up for my cats if I had to go back to the other heater -- but I was blown away by how fantastically this heats!I put it under the desk aimed at my legs, and amazingly, I only have to use the top element. This uses only 250 watts! And it does heat up the area around my desk by several degrees, too. Whenever I get up and then sit back down, I'm chilly again, but I just turn on the lower heating element for a few minutes. It heats up instantly. What is it about heating your lower half that makes you feel so warm, I wonder?My cat insisted I put her bed right in front of it, so I may have to buy a second one for the felines in the house!With this heater, I can inexpensively keep the house at a chilly 55 degrees during the day when I'm in my office, so I can heat the house only for a few hours each day and on weekends. This is a gamechanger!

This heater has been a wonderful purchase. It has worked great out of the box, and is very light and compact. The settings allow you to turn on both heat lamps or only one. I only wish it had a timer setting so that it would turn off automatically after a certain period of time

I was looking for a purely radiant heater, one that doesn't blow air at all, to use in the bedroom/bath in the mornings (instead of turning on the HVAC for just one hour). This fits the bill. It's slim and light, tucks away nicely when I'm not using it, heats up fast, and puts out quite a bit of warmth with both elements turned on. No more shivering when I get out of the shower! The controls are very basic: two elements that are either on or off. But that's all I needed, so I'm quite satisfied.
