OEM fit but be careful of course color
I ordered a gray handle. Turns out that my GX had a “dark gray” interior. So it looks a bit weird but no one looks at it anyway.

Perfect Fit--2009 Lexus GX470
Original broke a clip on one side. This is a perfect color match to the original and an easy replacement. Glad to have a handle that isn't loose anymore.

COLOR IS NOT EXACT MATCH and HARD PLASTIC WITH MOLD FLASH BUT PRICE IS OKAY
The 'gray' is lighter than the factory interior plastic on the Lexus GX 470 and the installation is a bit troublesome but it will install if you are careful and take your time. The plastic is very hard so my guess is that it too will break off the tension tab on the male portion of the insert. Also, the inner surface of the grab handle has flashing from the mold. Not enough to cut your skin but also not really OEM quality. Still, for a quick replacement, it'll do.
