At first, I got this to put it in my car. However, after sitting on the dining table for a while, I thought, why not at home? I have a "tree" air freshener in the car at that time, and those take a while to die.So I opened it and used it in the main living room and the bedroom, and it was great!Overall, I'm pleased with the performance of this air freshener. This product is not good there is no fragrance in it and also not work in room,car and bathroom

I regretted losing items in the attic but was out of room and needed to store some out of season clothing items. These 2 arrived and have been very helpful keeping unwanted visitors from feasting on my things. The smell of lavender has to fight hard to cover the camphor smell but that is half the working part of the product! Camphor and lavender both repel all kinds of insects. It turns out that the camphor smell does offend the bugs but has not saturated my cloth items, does not stain the carpet or fabric that it touches.The purple cones hang between coats and does not make me smell like that when I put on the coat. (To be fair and make sure of that I did air out the jackets closest to the freshener prior to wearing) When the cones arrive, they are packaged separately and wrapped in plastic. One I could not smell at all, the other had a waft of camphor releasing occasionally. The cost is a bit much, they expect to last a short while for the price it could help a bit more. I have not thrown mine out as yet, it still smells. Lavender is such a tricky scent, this company could release this without the camphor and it would be just beautiful. That means they got it right and that is difficult. Lavender can get 'soapy' quick, the addition of camphor is another attempt to deter damage. I am not a fan of that odor at all but the lavender works to soften it.

This item comes with two cones that are wrapped in plastic and don't put out much smell but when you remove the plastic they are very strong. The smell is lavender for sure but the camphor and I believe this works very well to rid the area of bugs and creatures. We put this in our bathroom and it does make the room smell great and seems that when we shower the stream in the room makes it stronger.

It smells ok if you basically put your nose on it and smell it, but thats really the only time you can smell it. Its in my bedroom right by my bed. I never smell it. It just looks like a i have a bag of frosting sitting there for some reason. Maybe in a small enclosed area but as an air freshener, its really not that great

These lavender cones are POWERFUL! Within minutes of re-entering my bathroom, the scent was noticeable. It's far more concentrated in the area surrounding the cone, but it really freshens up the whole room. I'm impressed!

Expected a great smell but no smell

This seems like it doesn’t have much of a smell. But once you take it out of the plastic bag, it is quite strong. It does have a lavender smell. I put it near my kitty litter box and my cats backed out of the room. So I’m putting it in my car instead. This comes with two fresheners. So I will put one up in my linen closet and see how long the first one lasts in the car. I will update you when I find out more on the length of the smell whilst in my car. This is in a mesh bag so I will be careful not to puncture the bag.
