Does it make a nice sound?

The water sound is softer the more full the bowl is, and louder the less water you have in the bowl. It’s really relaxing and totally worth it.

How long does the pump last? I’ve had mine a few months and nothing is coming out. Tried cleaning it with a toothbrush and no luck

I have the same one and it works perfect! If the pump for your fountain didn’t work since you got it then there is something wrong with it. It’s easy to put together and it should work. Could be a defect in the pump. Check with the retailer.
