If you want to sweat this is the prefect tool for you ! I have two of these and they are awesome ! Started working out recently and when you wear this your literally sweating off everything ! Super comfortable to wear. It fits perfectly ! Doesn’t fall off ! I mean this is an awesome waist trainer to lose weight !

My absolute favorite thing to wear to the gym it makes you sweat and you will definitely feel a difference especially if your bloated. It holds on very well and hugs your stomach perfectly the only reason why I am giving it a 4 star rating is because it does slip a lot and you sometimes will have to pull it up but it doesn’t really bother me as it is a sweat belt.
