Still deciding... though overall good
Hmm well first of all I have very long hair so I'm always in the hunt for something that won't pull it out or catch in it. I like the usual covered elastic bands but after a bit they stretch out or fray or basically become totally useless. So, I decided to try these after reading about them. I like the 2mm bands best as they are a bit more flexible and more like a "rubber band". These 4mm bands will only go around my hair twice as I can't stretch them very much. That works ok at the base of my ponytail but if I braid my hair then it's impossible to get them small enough and they fall right out. I actually find them similar in feeling to the "clear" bands you can buy at walmart or wherever. I liked the clear ones but after a few months they hardened and broke or cracked. I'll see if that happens to these. If not then I'm a happy camper... we'll see how long it lasts...

It is ok you really have to be careful or it will break
I bought these because my hair dresser told me these work really well for long hair that is past my butt and to hold your hair up high in a nigh pony an they are ok you do not get that many I like a really high high pony to stay up an keep it high up she saw them at a hair show so I bought them as she ran out so there ok for now till I can find something else. As I said I have very very long hair an my hair is permed so if that helps others this may not work for you

Breaks before removing from package
Don’t purchase this product. Breaks before you can even put it in your hair. Also not returnable, so you won’t be getting your money back for a defective product.

Great for thin hair but too small for wrist.
I love these and would recommend them everyone if it weren't for one weird caveat: they are too small to comfortably be worn on the wrist. Sure, I'm chubby, but even my 3 month old would have issue with these. If that's not a deal-breaker for you, then seriously get these. I have incredibly fine and thin hair. These are made of magic. I'm able to do a super cute messy bun that never falls out, or have my hair in a tight ponytail, whatever. These are amazing! They aren't snag proof but I've had no issues with them pulling or getting stuck in my hair.

My favorite hair ties in a color and thickness (4 mm) that is perfect for me
I've used Blax hair elastic a for quite a while and like them a lot. I have long hair and a daily yoga practice so I am constantly securing or braiding my hair. The ones I had previously were 2mm and clear. They were easy to lose and stretched out. These on the other hand are perfect. The brown color matches mine and they hold my hair without pulling it. I like the no frills of them, no attachments or frou-frou to annoy me. Excellent product at the best price I have found here at Amazon.

Better than elastic!
Bought these because the elastic hair ties stretch out after two days. These work great, they do stretch out some but still hold my naturally straight hair in a ponytail for 12 hour shifts at the hospital. They do take out some hairs when taking them off but not any more than the elastic ones. I’m buying more and like them much better than elastic hair ties!

Indestructible hair ties
Once upon a time I bought a big bag of silicone hair ties at the drug store that were durable enough to wear time and time again. Trouble is, when they did finally wear out the silicone hair ties available barely lasted a day in a ponytail! Since then I've been searching for reusable hair ties, heck I just wanted then to hold the hair for a full day.Hallelujah for Blaxx! Not only can I wear them day in, day out but they really hold the hair... Even my layers that just make it into the band. Best of all, my hair is not damaged by these. They slid out Farley easily and do not pull the hair. I wish they were priced a bit better so I could offer them to my salon clients. Guess I need to find a wholesaler so I can retail them.

Discontinued Sephora Elastics
I was considering spending $30 on the last few packages of the discontinued brown Sephora elastics when I discovered these. This is the same manufacturer and as far as I can tell they are the same elastics. Although they seem very slightly wider. So happy.
