I chose this product for A.) the price B.) the fact that it combined both of the key elements that I have seen advertised for weight loss. I am two weeks into my 30 day supply, and I am beginning to see differences not yet in my weight but in my digestive process, which I'm hoping means my metabolism is increasing. my current wight is 228 lbs at 5'6" so I am looking to lose about 50- 60 lbs. Hopefully the next two weeks will start to show some decrease in weight. I was hoping to drop atleast 10 -12 lbs. with this first thirty day supply. I will be ordering another bottle in December.

I have just taken it for a short time. So far I feel like i have more energy. I have a whole lot health problems, so it quite hard to find something to help me. I think this just might be it. can I buy it in larger bottles? I am on a very tight budget, So I am not sure how long i well be able to stay on it. This product works...Give it time...of course like anything you need to exercise with them but I have noticed a good amount of weightloss...I lost 10 pounds in a month, it makes you shed the unwanted water weight. Again, working out is something that defiitely gets this supplement working for ya.

They are big and taste gross but there's no lingering burp taste or anything. They did give me a little more energy in the day but haven't done alot for weight loss, then again, I'm too tired after work to exercise, lol. I didn't notice it helped to curb my appetite and I didn't feel as bloated all the time is I normally do. I like them, and plan to buy more when I run out.

I just started taking this on 4/28 as of today I only have lost 1lbs, I exercise 3 times a week and I am on a high protein diet, low carb not keto . I'm struggling with my last 10 lbs of course. Anyhow I had have NO side effects, no weird feeling, that's good. So I ' ll check back in end of May.
