As one of the sellers, I can tell you that Amazon has the wrong picture listed. This listing is for Dave's Original Insanity which has a black label.

When does the burning stop?

If you eat it as a sauce with a few drops added to food the burn might last a coulpe of minutes. If you cook with it, there is not much burn at all. This is a great sauce. You will know you're eating something hot but it's not too hot to eat. Try it.

Being neither a nutritionist nor physician, I am not qualified to answer that. The bottle ingredients are simple, with natural ingredients.
