Completely adequate for their purpose
I bought a headset for my Zoom calls at work, but it had a bare mic at the end of the boom and people told me I sounded poppy. I stuck one of these little guys on the end and the pops went away. Because it comes in a multi-pack, I now probably have a lifetime supply.

Works great in call center environment
Use these in my student call center they.keep down the background noise but can sometimes make it hard for softer voices to be heard on the other end but otherwise good sound quality and for.the.price beats the cost of.the higher cost headsets
