Threads for the hose hookup are not standard threads. I will return this product and order one with the correct threads for the water hose. Standard threads are on the right, this part is on the left.

Looks like a good part but the tread did not fit my current hoses. I ended up returning it and ordering the correct one. Other than that compare the threats to your washing machines before ordering.

I would have given a 5 star review, and wanted to give a lower star than 4 stars but part of the issues were caused my me. Firstly you should check what threads are on the back of your washing machine before you take things apart. Our washer has garden hose threads going into it. The replacement solenoid valve has pipe threads which is finer. I had the valves installed and was threaded the hoses on to the hot and cold side not realizing my error with the miss-matched threads. So I had to purchase two adapters from male pipe thread to garden hose thread as shown in the picture. That was a bit of an annoyance, but the larger one was now I had to try repair the little bit of cross threading that I caused on both inlets on plastic threads! For this I had to pull both valves out and try file the plastic back to some semblance of a pipe thread. By now I am swearing like a sailor at both myself, the washing machine and the supplier. I get the threads all fixed up. I reinstall the valves and attach interior hoses and supply hoses with the adapters (with Teflon tape, otherwise they drip) and pop the top back on the washer (wait before doing this step) I then load it up and hit start. All good until water starts running everywhere!! I hit the pause button and shut everything down and once again pop the top off the washing machine. Again it’s an Ugg moment as I missed one hose clamp! But asides from that, everything went smooth. Don’t forget to double check things or your quick job will be a lot longer.

Doesn’t fit standard washing machine hoses. Thanks for nothing.
