Great for toning and weight loss!
I have lost so much weight and toned up beautifully with these. I use them for 15-20 minutes per day in my swimming pool and I really feel and see a difference. They’re lightweight but very durable and the fit is adjustable. They’re comfortable and easy to use. I highly recommend these!

These are great. Really easy to use and fun. Work well on your feet and hands. Great water exercise.

Great for Water Aerobics
I really liked these and took water aerobics to a new level....but, they kept slipping off I wear a size 6 woman's and ordered the small and it would not go tight enough to stay on.

Description regarding size was totally inaccurate
The size on this posting is totally inaccurate. It states: "SIZE SMALL - This Aqua Trainer comes in Small sizing, for a Women's 5 - 11 shoe size and a Men's 3.5 - 9.5 shoe size. (U.S. Shoe Sizing)". I wear a women's size 9 and even with adjusting the straps there is no way I could even try to get them on. Maybe the people that said the sizing was fine got a different product than I got. I returned them, but it was a total waste of my time.

Happy camper
Came on time in good condition. Started using it on day one. I love exercising with it. It makes my workouts in the water at the gym much more challenging. Four people are planning on ordering one for themselves. If your like doing your workouts in a pool this is for you. Easy to walk with and easy to put on. Great for stretching in water. Love this item best purchase I have made . Won’t be without it

Satisfactory, not perfect.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: A bit difficult to put on feet. I wear a ladies 10. These are pretty tight. I use them more on my hands for resistance exercises in my pool.

Is a shame!! I love the idea but the quality and resistance of the belts are not good at all!!!
The belts that keep it in place are not a good quality in 2 months is already broken but despite that I am going to buy them again because the exercise is fantastic!!! I suggest you improve the quality because the product is good😍
