The small 2 oz is perfect to carry with you. I was experiencing cramps at night in toes, feet, side of leg and calves. Was so shocked at how fast it worked. Within a minute my cramps were gone whereas have been suffering for hours throughout the night. Liked this better than some of the alternatives because of the easy open cap and also because of the potassium and magnesium that is included with the pickle juice. Taste was just like pickle juice but not too strong. Went down well. Highly recommend.

Yucky taste!! But works pretty well. I have to admit it is a damned if I do, damned if I don't on this one. I have re-ordered several times if that means anything! And am about to do so again!

I have been obsessed with these electrolytes for months! They were so good and didn’t taste like an electrolyte.Now, this last shipment has been reformulated, repackaged, and is disgusting. Caution before buying multiple boxes that you can’t return
