Low quality product
I was let down for the NIWWIN Wooden Alphabet Puzzles. The pieces themselves can be manufactured with low quality which do not fit the chain well and are painted which can eventually chip off, a safety issue. The general feel of it is low-quality and it is not very sturdy; it has a rather pungent chemical smell. Based on my assessment I would not advise this product for an educational toy.
