Big and heavy
I bought this for tuckpointing removal of mortar on the vertical joints on some brickwork at my house. However, I didn't receive it in a timely fashion and ended up chiseling it out manually. But I did open it up the box and attached a mortar bit and ran. This tool is substantial and should make easy work of any mortar with a diamond bit.

Save your sanity, buy something better
If you absolutely need variable speed and want the paddle switch, buy the corded brushless dewalt (4993NV??). Yes, it’s multiple times the price of this. But the Vevor is essentially useless at lower speeds- vibrates and pulsates heavily and will likely burn out after being run at lower speeds too long. There’s also the Makita SJS die grinder, which has similar safety features but no paddle switch. This tool is a disaster waiting to happen.Maybe as a cheap die grinder for full speed use only it can get you by in a pinch, but if you have to use this regularly and need variable speed spend the money on something better. There’s a reason why the branded options are so expensive.

Heavy & not a on/off switch
When buying I did some research and read three views thinking this one would be the best quality and value for the money. When I finally received it it seemed much heavier than my other die grinders. I did not like that you had to hold down the power switch the whole time you were using it there was no switch to keep it on. I ended up returning it there was no hassle. And found a better one it was much cheaper at Harbor Freight.

1/4 chuck is too small
1/4in chuck diameter is too small for 1/4 bits. Maybe 0.5mm but it's makes the tool useless if I can't put bits in it. No idea how how it works since I can't use it.Photo is fully seated.
