Nice tight fit
These are a good fit in 25mm box section with 1.6mm wall and cover the cut ends completely. Quite hard plastic but have not chipped so far.

Fit OK. Unsure of plastic composition, but it did not survive accidentally dropping 36" long square tube on the fitting from about two feet. Seems like it should have. Otherwise OK.
