First off, I am NOT a professional DJ or anything like that. I went to a friend's party recently where they really set a good atmosphere for dancing. He had set up a portable PA system that was plugged into his phone with a Spotify playlist and this projector nearby. I honestly thought that he had hired a DJ and that the DJ has just stepped away for a moment - but it was a complete "set it and forget it' system.I already have a sound system at home so when I asked where the lighting came from and saw the price - I bought it immediately. Even if I just use it once for a birthday party or something it'll be worth it - it's THAT cool.

I love this thing. I bought it for a theme party that we’re throwing this spring and it’s going to be perfect. On a whim, I threw it in my bag for a recent girls trip to Vegas and we had so much fun experimenting with it in our hotel room. There are multiple different light settings (review the instructions in the box for the details) and the lights seem to sync to the beat of the music if your speaker is close enough to the magic ball. Our hotel room turned into a late night dance party while we waited for room service. I didn’t use any of the additional plug in features on the unit so I can’t speak to that part but it’s plenty of fun without any extras.

I have been a DJ for over 30 years.I use a light controller and can run up to 8 lights at a time.I normally DJ for 60 to 200 people in small to medium size halls .The Pyle PDJT10 is great light very easy to program and gives off lots of light with many differerent variations that you can choose from it isvery sharp and great sound activation .Dont let the price fool you very cheap price but the item is not. very pleased with is product

This is a professional level laser light. I bought some of the twenty dollar each model on this website. They are like nightlites compared to this baby. If your man cave, or karoke parties need some livening up, this is the ticket. OH, great for DJs...

I was looking for something bright but small for my garage. I wanted a little place to dance for the kids, after researching I came across this. I’m very impressed for how much light this little ball puts out. Only con and it could be where it’s placed is that I have to get the music pretty loud for the unit to pick it up and go to the beat. Other then that issue i would have rated it 5 stars!!

Bought this for a hotel party for my birthday and we were rolling for hours. This thing will pick up your phone speaker when close and go to the beat. $50 well spent. 10/10 from a stage light newb. Its got a low buzz to it, but if you have music playing you can't hear it. Lit up an entire hotel room without additional lights. Love this damn thing.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Very bright, fun and colorful. Perfect for a small spaces although we were unable to test it in a larger room to see the impact. Will be a lot of fun for parties. Tons of colors and options.

This adds another fun visual element to my current setup. You can set it to numerous settings, colors and patterns, and it even has a microphone that can respond with visual changes to the music. Highly recommend!
