The media could not be loaded.  I have used mechanical pencils for decades and I'm picky about them. These are excellent.They are sturdy, well balanced, comfortable to hold and write smoothly. I advanced the lead and pressed hard but no breakage. The erasers will last a long time, are easy to roll up and leave the paper clean. The pack comes with extra erasers and lead. I highly recommend these pencils.

I was pleased by the feel, the ease of use, the quality of the holding case, and more. Really surprised given the unit price!

When the set first arrived, the packaging initially threw me for a loop - basically, I had a brain-fart. It did not look like that shown in the product listing, but that was because the listing needed to show everything that came with the set.The pencils have a nice weight to them, a little lighter than I thought they would be - but that was ok. They are comfortable for me to hold and I'm 6'2" tall with fair size hands. Great assortment of replacement erasers and leads, as well as some nice bar erasers. I also liked the 3 different pencil lead sizes.The only very minor negative aspect was the eraser that is IN the pencil will be difficult to use without also advancing the pencil lead due to the design of the pencil.

these are good, sturdy, metal mechanical 5mm lead pencils with decent mechanisms that have held up in two of the three, the third (failing) pencil refused to advance the refill lead. Decent value even with a 1/3 failure rate. Unfortunately, the effort cost of returning one pencil is not worth it… you decide.

love the packaging, weight, texture of both lead and metal, eraser quality, everything!!

I use a mechanical pencil every day. These are awesome. They are made of durable metal and feel like they are able to withstand daily usage. I prefer a 0.5 lead and it is easy to break, but there is a lot of spare lead in this package. I have strategically placed all three in different places (in my Bible carry case, my music folder, and in my portfolio, I use for singing and messages). Thinking of getting more, but just want the pencil, not all the extras.

Pros:-The pencil itself is great. It has excellent weight and the graphite is smooth and durable.-It comes with an incredible amount of graphite. Probably more than I'll ever need.Cons:-The metal grip isn't the most comfortable. It is filed for more texture, but it's almost sharp, kind of like holding sandpaper-The eraser inside the pencil is bad. It's also very easy to lose the cap since it must be removed to use the eraser, though it sticks on very sturdy. The eraser is also very small and hard and doesn't erase well at all. The larger erasers it comes with are softer and erase better, but they leave a terrible amount of flakes as you're erasing.Overall they're fine pencils, and using the larger eraser doesn't bother me. I think it's an excellent deal still because of the quality of the pencil itself and the amount of graphite it comes with.

The all metal body and parts puts these mechanical pencils in a different class from the cheap plastic ones.These mechanical pencils are a little heavier than the usual ones but provide an easy grip and are simple to refill when empty.Great for arts, drawing, physical drafting, precision printing and if you just want a finer regular width pencil print.The case comes with plenty extra leads and some of the finest erasers I've come across in a while. The refills for the back of the pencil fit well. The block erasers are excellent for removing the graphite lead writing from your paper and neither smear or damage the paper.I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of these heavier duty ones. Mechanical functions are very good and the pencil is sturdy enough to bounce around in your bag or pocket. I have purchased multiple sets of these as my son also wanted some for school.They offer a great value and should work well for years of writing.
