My cells feel better.. I feel more alive.
I have done one liver flush. But even before, as I was doing some of the other cleansing techniques in the book, I noticed improvements. After ONE liver flush, I have noticed:My hair doesn't get instantly greasy, my skin feels better (I have chronic acne/oily skin), my lymph nodes on my neck are no longer swollen, I am less bloated, I feel less congested overall. Some remaining symptoms I am hoping will clear up:Chronic fatigue, IBS, allergies, brain fog, tension headaches, general stiffness in my body.I didn't actually see any stones (or just don't know what they look like yet) but I believe this is partly because my digestive system is extremely sluggish and my stool is much less watery than others describe when doing this. BUT I noticed that my second enema felt like it cleaned out SO MUCH toxicity from my body compared to the pre-flush enema that I am fairly certain it worked, also considering the noticable improvements I mentioned previously. This book is packed with life changing knowledge. I am so horribly upset with the modern medical system and its absolute ignorance of the human organism as a whole. I have endured so much unnecessary medical trauma and I am only 28. Andreas Moritz has gifted me with the power to heal myself completely. I plan to order his other books as well.Update: After my fourth flush, I released many stones, many of which were large and smelled like gasoline. I had issues in the beginning due to chronic constipation, I'll be honest I didn't do the Colosan cleanse until after my third flush which I should have, and I highly recommend it. It's available on here for 30 bucks, I got the capsules.Once you start these flushes, you will have a much better relationship with your body and gain clarity as to what you're eating and doing and how it might be contributing to ill health. It will improve your natural intuition.

Just what I needed after doing other detoxes, totally amazing results
Great book for anyone serious about their health. I consider myself an experienced detox and nutrition enthusiast, and I still found a lot of new and profound information in this book that I've never seen anywhere else. There is no way you can read it and not want to do a liver gallbladder flush after! In the last few years, I've been doing more green juice fasting and then I even tried a water fast after reading the Water Fasting eBook by Jennifer Thompson. I lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks following her fast which was incredible and absolutely life changing in so many ways - both physical and spiritual, took me to completely new levels. After that fast I felt like my liver needed more cleansing, thanks to many years of bad eating before. I knew it was time to look into the gallbladder flush, so I decided to make the leap and buy this book to get motivated to do it. In my first flush, I saw at least 400 stones come out. Since then, I've been doing one flush every 6 weeks. For another 5 flushes in a row I was getting 200-300 stones consistently, and now they are finally getting less. My last flush was less than 100 stones (hopefully a sign that my liver is near clean!) My energy levels are better and I really feel better after each time. The key is to continue doing them like the author says so you don't clog the liver with the old stuff that moves down after the first flush. I've changed my diet so much and I really think about how foods affect my liver now which I never did before. What a different world we would live in if everyone started doing this simple yet powerful cleanse!!

For Liver and Gallbladder neophytes - useful information on detoxing but do more research
Like most people, I never thought I would be worrying about my gallbladder - I'd known people who had painful experiences and had no option but to remove theirs - but last year, a routine medical check revealed that I had indeed gallstones and big ones too. A gastroenterologist told me that "everyone has stones" and "not to worry" - yeah, until they get stuck in your bile ducts...and surgery becomes the only option.Fortunately, I recalled my friends who had done the opposite and done Liver and Gallbladder flushes and decided that it would be a much better option than facing down surgery one day. So after searching online, I found this book. It is the Bible of the subject. And one really wonders why doctors and medical science (which is quoted in many research studies in here) aren't changing their approach to the Liver and Gallbladder - they are in fact following a very archaic and limited approach to human health. In his magnum opus, the late healer and author Andreas Moritz gives a compelling holistic picture of why we all need to look after the liver and gallbladder and how to. Hence the length of this very detailed but readable book.So the important thing is I actually tried the flush and will keep trying it as recommended for a few more times and go for another scan. It was surprisingly easy and not as bad as one might think. But your results and reactions may vary - which Moritz addresses carefully in his book.Unfortunately, Moritz passed away just 2 years after releasing the 2nd revised edition of his book, which is recommended over the first one. For potential readers, please read the second book. There are also various protocols out there but they all work on the same principle. However, no-one probably has explained the function of the liver and gallbladder as clearly as Moritz has done. Kudos to him and I hope more practitioners will take heed.UPDATE: Doctors are generally concerned that gallstones will get stuck and will not be in favour of these protocols. Just be aware of that. But the theory behind the flushing process still makes sense.2020 UPDATE & DISCLOSURE: After trying this a few times, my gallstones remained as they were too big to flush. I eventually did a gallstone removal surgery but kept my gallbladder. Bottom line: it's still useful as a flush to keep your gallbladder and liver running on a preventive basis. But it may not work for all if you have big stones or a lot of them. Good luck.
