Highly recommend
Fantastic results!I bought this for my 7 year old little boy who was becoming very upset about being wet over night and having to wear ‘pull up nappies’.I was so overwhelmed by the support from the company after purchasing the device. Lots of advice and support which was much appreciated. We started using the device on 17th February, the first week was tricky, lots of wet beds, but with the support from us (Mum and Dad) just after a week things improved. Then the 2nd March was the last wet night we had and then he managed 14nights dry and the device has been off. Fingers crossed dry every night since. This device is a miracle worker! Great value, would highly recommend.

Best £39 I've ever spent!!!!
Well what can I say - this alarm was fantastic for my 6 year old son. He had never been dry through the night so last June (2013) I decided to take off his night time pull ups and just deal with it - I was lifting him before I went to bed and taking him to the toilet, some nights this worked and he'd wake up dry, some nights he would already be wet at 10.30pm when I went to lift him! I spoke to the enuresis nurse who told me that everything we were doing was right ( getting him to drink lots in the day to stretch the bladder, stopping drinks at dinnertime, having a last trip to toilet before bed etc) but that the best thing was to stop lifting him. I explained that sometimes he was even wet just 3hrs after he had gone to bed and she said an alarm could be the answer and that they would not refer him to clinic until he was 7 (July 2014). We tried not lifting him but to be honest after a couple of weeks I was finding it quite distressing - If he woke up when he wet the bed I could have dealt with it but he would just just lie in it until morning, not even knowing that he had done it. I found that I would just lie there all night worrying that he was sleeping in a wet bed. So we decided to start lifting him again. As it got to March this year , I started thinking that I wanted to try an alarm before he got referred as I wanted to have tried everything and to be honest was worried that he may be given some kind of medication which I didn't want. Read lots of great reviews for this alarm so ordered one. Spoke to my son about it and we were both quite excited - felt as though I was finally doing something positive to help him. the first two nights the alarm didn't even go off as he somehow managed to get up at 5am and go to the toilet (something he had never done before!). The 3rd & 4th night the alarm went off during the night (we didn't hear it) and he must've pulled it out and gone back to sleep hence woke up wet those two mornings. So for the next week we put him in our bedroom so that we could hear the alarm and help him to get out of bed. This worked well so he then went back in his own room. Within days he was frequently getting up during the night to take himself to the toilet so that most nights the alarm didn't go off and we had dry beds!!! I kept a diary throughout and it took exactly 7 weeks for him to get to the 14 consecutive nights stage. We then took the alarm away and I am very proud to say that he has now been 4 weeks without it and no wet beds!!! (EVERY NIGHT BEFORE BED WHILE USING THE ALARM WE PRACTISED BY PUTTING THE ALARM UNDER THE TAP TO TEST IT AND TALKED THROUGH WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO IF IT WENT OFF- I FEEL THIS HELPED TO REINFORCE IT FOR HIM)

pretty good peice of kit if your childs co-operative
I bought this to use on my 5 year old. I was probably a little premature in buying this product for my child, we have been through pull ups/bed pads/lifting etc etc and nothing has changed. With this product you have to have a wire going from their shoulder to their pants, and the little sensor has to be placed either in a panty pad or between two pairs of pants, the sound box can be attached to PJ's with a safety pin or sew it on (if you sew it on then you take the risk that they get it right first time and you don't have wet PJ's (top and bottom)). Then the lead pops in the box and down into the pants what a palarva!!Anyway my son wet first at 9.30pm (two pair of pants one PJ bottom) then again at 11.20pm again new PJ's and pants (2 pairs) =- he slept through the alarm, then again in the middle of the night, where he pulled the wire out and went back to sleep with wet clothes - I didn't hear the alarm but thats how I found him so guessed he must have done that. Its a great little devise if you are desperate and Im sure on older kids it works quickly, but a 5 year old isn't old enough (in my opinion). Alterntiave? Back to pull ups.

Highly reccomend
Very effective. Used for my 6 year old son, worked very quickly. Took only 2 weeks, went from completely no awareness of bed wetting, to being completely dry and now no alarm! Learnt early the wire pulls out in the night if you have a wriggly child. I just taped the wire to the box whilst in use, worked perfectly.

Best alarm we have bought and excellent support and advice.
We are so pleased with this it's our 3rd type of alarm and definitely the best took a few days to make sure we had the best way of attaching. (We are using boxer with opening and micropore tape to make sure it stays in place.)We are so pleased with the support and advice that came with it. Some great tips we haven't heard of before that seem to be helping. We are four weeks in with some great progress. Would definitely recommend.

A total waste of money
This alarm was a waste of money. The sensor attaches to the alarm with a cable and it became detached during the night almost every night which rendered it useless. On the few occasions that it did not become detached, the alarm went off and didn't wake our child, again making it totally useless. We also found that we had to create our own elaborate method of attaching the sensor using sanitary towels. To make matters worse the alarm would be set off by perspiration before urination occurred. Other reviews suggested that this alarm would cure bed wetting in a week, I fail to see how as it has been a waste of our time and money and it gave us false hope. I have given this one star as the system for adding reviews does not allow me to give it zero stars- it doesn't deserve this single star.
