⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've been very happy with this Elite Gourmet 2-slice toaster. It toasts evenly, heats up quickly, and the different browning settings make it easy to get toast just the way we like it. It's compact, so it doesn't take up much counter space, but it's still big enough for bagels and thicker slices of bread. It looks nice, is easy to clean with the removable crumb tray, and has been reliable for daily use. Great value for the price!

I picked up the Elite Gourmet ECT1027B Cool Touch Toaster to replace an older unit, and overall it’s been a solid, no-nonsense kitchen helper with a few nice touches. Performance & Toast Quality: The six temperature settings give you good control over how light or dark you want your toast. Whether I’m just crisping up bread for breakfast or doing a slightly darker toast for sandwiches, it hits the setting I dial in quite reliably. The extra-wide 1.25″ slots are great — they fit thicker slices like artisan bread, bagels, and even small buns without having to force them in. It’s not a luxury toaster, but for daily use it consistently produces evenly browned slices. I haven’t noticed any hot spots where one side burns before the other. Design & Use: The cool-touch exterior is a nice safety feature, especially if you’ve ever worried about accidentally brushing a hot surface. The controls are simple and intuitive — just the toast lever and dial, with no confusing buttons. Cleanup is easy too; the removable crumb tray slides out smoothly and catches bits so they don’t burn or fall onto the counter. A couple of small downsides: It’s not the fastest toaster I’ve used — on higher browning settings it takes a little longer than premium models. But the results are steady, so it’s a trade-off I’m okay with. The pop-up action is firm but not especially springy, so you might have to double-check that your toast fully popped up before grabbing it. I’m impressed, it’s so small and light I thought this can’t be good, plus it was not expensive at all. But I have to say I really like it! It’s a toaster and it toasts my bread perfectly! What more could I want?

Great price, works fast to toast, toaster settings work well and correctly. Could use a eject button but lever works to end cook time if need be.

Purchased the Elite Gourmet two sliced toaster about a week ago, arrived quickly, and I was amazed at how good it looked sitting on my microwave. I love the countdown timer, very nice feature and I like the warming rack. Not as happy with the actual toasting, which is why I bought it two toast , At first it seemed to work very well, but within a couple of uses, it started toasting unevenly, the bagel setting worked great, wide enough and only toasted the one side but the very next regular piece of bread I put in there only toasted on one side like it was stuck on the bagel setting, tried to quite a few more times to make sure that it just didn’t need to get warmed up a little and it kept toasting uneven, the last thing I toasted was whole wheat English muffin, and I had it almost maxed out on the dial, and it barely got brown,very disappointed in this toaster.

I purchased this toaster to use in a second home. It is extremely lightweight, but does the job. It is easy to change the settings and make the bread toast darker.

We are loving this cute, lightweight toaster! It toasts perfectly and is so easy to wipe off. The control is easy to understand and the Cool touch is an added bonus!

You get what you pay for. It definitely toasts. Not the highest quality of course, but works well.

This attractive and sturdy toaster makes perfect toast, with many levels of toasting. The reheat or warming arm is a great option to have.
